May 10, 2018 | 11:58 PM

UPDATE: The City of Prince Albert has set up a command centre to coordinate the search efforts for Kennedy, and they’ve asked volunteers to help assist trained search personnel.

“Volunteers are asked to report to the East End Community Club at 2nd St. and 10th Ave. E.,” city police said in a statement. “Volunteers should be prepared to register and produce photo identification.”

Police said each area searched will be formally documented, to ensure no stone is left unturned. Any tips or suspicious activity should be reported to police immediately.

UPDATE: Prince Albert Police have asked business owners and the public to review any footage from surveillance cameras taken since 3 p.m. May 10. Sgt. Travis Willie said the police want to see any and all video which includes children who may match Kennedy’s description.

The Prince Albert Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating four-year-old Sweetgrass Kennedy.

Kennedy was reported missing to the police on May 10. He was last seen in the 900 Block of 2nd St. East wearing a light blue ‘Star Wars’ hoodie and orange Halloween pyjama pants.

He is described as 3 foot 5 inches tall, weighing 45 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Kennedy’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Prince Albert Police Service.
