Nipawin & District Regional Park honouring past and present during its 50th anniversary

With 50 years of service about to be under their belt, the staff at the Nipawin & District Regional Park plan on celebrating their milestone anniversary over two days.

Valves fixed, but Naicam still under water advisory

All 10 valves in the Naicam water system have been replaced and everyone has water again. However, residents remain under a water advisory until lab results come back from the Water Security Agency (WSA).

Melfort Spirit hopes team-building leads to provincial championship

A few days before the biggest of their season, the U-14 A Melfort Spirit girls' softball team practiced a skill they’ve worked on as much as any drill - team building.

City of Melfort changes rates and boundaries for Special Needs Transit

The City of Melfort announced the handi-van will travel outside the 40 km city limits for the handi-van, although adjusted the rates for longer travel.

A review from the Special Needs Transit Committee determined the van was being used for more out of town highway travel.
