Winnipeg bus driver fatally stabbed repeatedly asked passenger to leave: Crown
WINNIPEG — Prosecutors say video showing the final moments before a Winnipeg transit bus driver was killed on the job show he asked a passenger to leave more than two dozen times.
Irvine Jubal Fraser, who was 58, was working the late shift in February 2017 when he was stabbed to death after trying to forcibly remove someone from the bus.
Brian Kyle Thomas Thomas, who is 24, has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder.
