Trial date set for man accused of robbing Drafties bar

A trial date has been set for the Melfort man accused of robbing Drafties bar last March.

Dustin Roberge was at Melfort Court of Queen’s Bench on Monday afternoon. He will stand trial this December.

RCMP said in a release, a masked man with a knife entered the bar on March 25, 2018 and demanded money. Over $1,800 was stolen from the establishment.

Dustin Roberge, 28, was identified as the suspect through surveillance video a short time later.
