Humboldt Broncos sign Scott Barney for next three seasons

The Humboldt Broncos have found their coach for the next few seasons.

Scott Barney signed a three-year contract with the Broncos.

Barney began this season with the Broncos as an assistant coach but became interim head coach on December 28 after Nathan Oystrick parted ways with the team.

Humboldt finished sixth in playoff positioning this year and lost to Estevan in seven games in the quarter-finals.
