Missing child located

RCMP issued a press release Tuesday afternoon which stated Zurcuriah Daniels was located.

Rosthern RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in attempting to locate a 12-year-old girl who went missing from a residence in the town of Duck Lake. Zurcuriah Daniels was last seen at a residence around noon on May 1.

The RCMP have visited numerous residences since she went missing, but believe she is purposefully avoiding the police. There is no indication she is in any danger, but she is vulnerable due to age and the RCMP need to locate her as soon as possible. It is believed that Daniels is still in the Duck Lake and Rosthern areas.

Daniels is described as five foot seven, medium build with brown eyes and black, straight shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, dark sweat pants and a white sweater.
