Dr. Desjardins’ patients asked to book with Family Physicians Group

The Melfort Family Physicians group is taking over patient care for Dr. Desjardins while she is on maternity leave.

Dr. Willenbusch will see prenatal patients and Naicam patients, while all other patients can book appointments with the physician group in Melfort effective June 8.

All patients will be assigned a doctor based on the last name of patients.

A physician is assigned to specific last names below:
