A two-day women’s wellness and wellbeing conference is coming to the northeast.

Owner of the Sweet Cup Café in Tisdale, Andrea Lutz is organizing the conference that will take place on October 19 and 20 in Tisdale.

Lutz hosts her regular Babes who Brunch and Sweet Cup Connection groups and is taking those to the next level with the Women’s Evolution conference.

“This is just a great way for women to get out and not only connect with other women and the speakers but also to take some time for themselves,” Lutz said.

The conference will feature 13 speakers covering all topics of women’s wellness including physical, financial, spiritual, and emotional.

“It covers a lot of things that women tend to put off and ignore because they are too busy doing other things,” Lutz said.

The entrepreneur’s smaller groups get together to do different activities and the aim is to get women out and connecting in person.

The gatherings will often include guest speakers who Lutz has come in contact with as she has been searching for guidance in her own life.

“They have inspired and helped me so much that I wanted to share that with other women in the northeast,” Lutz said.

According to Lutz, the coffee shop business has taught her many different things about how women are feeling.

“Everybody is looking for something, they want to hang out with other women but they don’t know how or they have fears of being accepted or they just need an opportunity,” Lutz said. “Women are just loving the opportunity to get out and talk to other people.”

The Saturday of the conference is broken down into two sessions, a morning and afternoon session. The cost of the conference includes meals, and a Saturday night mixer and fashion show.

Sunday is a half day that will feature a yoga session, brunch and speaker session.

Registration is open online and tickets are limited to 100 women. The first 50 people registered for the WECon all access VIP will get a swag bag. There tickets available for individual days and sessions as well for those who are unable to attend for the full two days.

“This isn’t a business conference; it’s just a women’s conference to get people together and have a good time and just take time for yourself,” she said.
