Calming the Storm Program

Calming the Storm is a 6-week anger management program (one session a week) for adults. The program is designed to improve self-esteem and to learn anger management skills.

GOALS:

· To provide participants with a definition of anger, aggressive behaviours and hostile aggressive behaviours

· Participants will explore triggers and learn how anger affects their overall health
