Food bank drive shifts into Saskatchewan
Oct 8, 2019 | 4:30 PM
A unique program that helps fill up the country’s food banks will be rolling through Saskatchewan this week.
Farm Credit Canada’s (FCC) Drive Away Hunger program has been scheduled to make stops in Moose Jaw and Yorkton on Wednesday, followed by Humboldt and Regina on Thursday.

The food drive, which started in 2004, involves a tractor and trailer travelling through communities to collect food and cash donations for food banks. FCC has set a goal this year to provide five million meals for Canada’s food banks.
