Santa Claus is coming to town

The Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District and the Gateway Mall are excited to welcome Santa Claus to Prince Albert on Saturday, November 30^th, 2019 as he arrives by sleigh at a Parade in his honour.

The Santa Claus Parade begins at Central Ave and 9^th St. East at 11:00am and travels up Central Ave. to the Gateway Mall. Santa will exit his sleigh and welcome the children inside the Gateway Mall.

Applications are now being accepted for floats, forms can be found online at: https://www.princealbertdowntown.ca/santaparade.html

Deadline to register floats is Friday, November 22, 2019.

Following the parade, the Prince Albert Arts Centre is offering a family craft time until 1:30pm and the Historical Museum will be open for hot chocolate from 10:00 a.m. until 3: 00 p.m. with free admission and will also have a display of Christmas gifts of the past. ​

Take a stroll through the downtown and enjoy the Christmas window displays and many downtown merchants and restaurants will have sales and specials.
