Gabriel Dumont Institute Celebrates 40 Years

Gabriel Dumont Institute is celebrating its 40^th Anniversary this year. Métis Culture and Education Conference is taking place at the Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre (2002 Airport Drive, Saskatoon) February 6-8, 2020.

Keynote speakers include 1) Maria Campbell – Renowned Métis Author, Filmmaker, and Elder, and 2) Jesse Thistle, a National bestselling author.

The Order of Gabriel Dumont, one of the Métis Nation’s highest civilian honours, will be awarded to 25 individuals.
