RCMP say Humboldt man’s disappearance ‘suspicious’

Feb 27, 2020 | 2:15 PM

The disappearance of a Humboldt man is now considered suspicious.

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation, and they updated the situation on Thursday afternoon.

The investigation has led officers to believe that 20-year-old Allan Douglas Garrioch (who also goes by the last name Glasier) did not willingly leave his home early Tuesday morning.

It’s believed Garrioch may have been directed or forced to accompany three unknown males after an altercation at the home.

Garrioch has not had any contact with family or friends since, which RCMP said is completely out of character for him.

RCMP also said Garrioch’s eyes are blue, and not brown as stated in the original release.

Anyone with information can contact Humboldt RCMP at 306-682-2535 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
