Serious accident on Hwy 3 near Muskoday

UPDATE:

At the scene of the accident, Parkland Ambulance paramedics cared for an 8-year-old boy, a 31-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man. The boy and woman are in good and stable condition. The man is reported to be in serious condition. All three remain in hospital receiving further care. Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate.

Parkland Ambulance Paramedics responded to a two vehicle collision on Hwy 3 south near the Muskoday bridge.

It happened around one o’clock Friday afternoon.

Paramedics cared for three people with serious injuries. All were taken to hospital for further care and treatment. No other details have been released.

A report on the Saskatchewan Highway Hotline website said the highway 3 km west of Muskoday bridge to 17 km east of Prince Albert was closed to traffic and would be for several hours. RCMP were on site.
