NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Prince Albert & District Community Futures Development Corporation (PACF), chaired by Steve Jeffers, Chairperson of PACF’s Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday June 23rd, 2020 at 6:30 PM to conduct the following business:
1. To receive the Minutes of the June 25th, 2019 PACF Annual General Meeting;
2. Receive the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Auditors’ Report for the year ended March 31, 2020;
3. Appointment of the Auditors;
4. Transact such Other Business as may properly come before the Meeting.
