Riverside Melfort – Full Service Dealer

On top of offering new and used vehicles, all car owners are able to take advantage of the onsite service and maintenance department according to Parts and Service Manager Kevin Burroughs.

“We always want to service vehicles in a timely and professional manner so it is protecting you from future repairs that may come from single maintenance,” General Manager Doug Kurtenbach said. “We want to look at the whole picture of car maintenance and vehicle safety, which is number one.”

The sign up and save program is a great option in attaining those maintenance goals. It’s an online sign-up that provides specials and reminders.

“It could be a discount on an oil filter, discount on wiper blades or cab and air filters,” Kurtenbach said.

“Every time we do an oil change, we do a 16-point courtesy inspection, so if we find something leaking, we can get that fixed,” Burroughs said.

The drive-thru service bay, retail car wash, and detailing packages make Riverside a one stop shop to keep your vehicle on the road for many miles to come.

Riverside is also a national retailer of all brands of tires and is also home to the four for three which is one of Chrysler’s flagships, four tires for the price of three.

As the winter season approaches, new tires are bound to be on the minds of vehicle owners.

“You can not compare an all-season tire to a winter tire, just because it is all season doesn’t mean it is rated for winter,” Burroughs said. “Majority of people that buy winter tires wouldn’t run another winter without them.”

A storage tire program is also offered at Riverside.

“We can switch them for you, and store your off-season ones so you don’t have to,” Kurtenbach said.

There is also the $99.90 special which is an oil change, tire rotation, and a 16-point inspection with top up of fluids.

Customer service is a top priority for the team at Riverside where the motto is:

“We will recommend other services but we won’t demand that a customer do it, they always have an option,” Burroughs said.

The Riverside team shows evidence of going above and beyond for costumer service through some of the changes they have incorporated since March when the pandemic came into play.

Processes have changed when it comes to interaction with clients and social distancing is in place and disinfecting stations set-up in the building. Pre and post disinfecting of vehicles as well as a shuttle service to pick up vehicles for those who are not comfortable coming in person at this time.

“We are taking those steps to ensure we keep our customers safe while we keep their vehicles safe,” Kurtenbach said.

Riverside is located at 201 Burrows Ave. W and is the only car dealership in downtown Melfort.
