Hawks goaltender commits to NCAA Div. 1 school

Nipawin Hawks goaltender Ross Hawryluk has committed to Western Michigan University Broncos in Kalamazoo, Mich.
In his past two seasons with the Hawks, Hawryluk posted a 19-8-4 record in 37 starts. Before the pandemic pause, Hawryluk 4-1 with a 2.61 goals against average and a .916 save percentage in five appearances this season.
The Broncos were 18-13-5 last season, finishing fourth in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.
