Art in the Garden – an outdoor art show and sale, will be held about 6 miles west of Quill Lake on Highway 5, turn left (south) on Crocus Vale Road, over the tracks and then turn right. There should be signs (the Lowes farmyard is on your left) – but if you go around the curve you’ve gone too far.
About 6 miles east of Watson on Highway 5, turn right (south) on Wimmer Road, go over the tracks and then turn left -drive through Wimmer, around the curve there should be signs (the Lowes farmyard is on your right), if you come to a deadend with a deep gully you’ve gone too far.
Open to the public from 10am-5pm on Sat 24 and 1pm-5pm on Sun 25. Two free workshops are being offered Saturday afternoon.
Also, if you are an artist and would like to bring some of your work for show and/or sale. Please contact Melody Lowes at 306-560-7253 at any time this week. Musicians are also welcome to come and set up in the garden! We are looking forward to a casual weekend of opportunities to connect with artists and the public in the area.
