Emergency Service Disruption

Emergency services disruption for one week in Porcupine Plain

Oct 5, 2021 | 10:16 AM

A week-long disruption to emergency services in Porcupine Plain has started today.

From this morning at 8 a.m. until next Tuesday at 8 a.m., emergency services and outpatient services will not be available at the Porcupine Carragana Hospital.

Lab and X-ray will not be affected.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority did not state the reason behind the disruption but they do recommend calling 911 in the event of an emergency. Non-urgent related questions can be directed to the provincial HealthLine by calling 811.
