One dead, two injured after multi-vehicle collision near Pilger

A 73-year-old man is dead, after two pickup trucks collided on Grid Road 777, near the village of Pilger.

Shortly before 4 p.m. on October 24, Humboldt RCMP received a report of the collision.

Initial investigation determined one truck was headed eastbound, while the other was headed westbound.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS, while the two people from the other truck were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The man’s family has been notified and Victim Services have been offered to them.
