Murder suspect captured again

A man facing a charge of second-degree murder is back behind bars.

Alvin Thomas, 40, was located by Cumberland House RCMP on Thursday.

The matter was spoken to Friday morning at La Ronge Provincial Court and adjourned to Feb. 6.

Last Friday, RCMP informed the media that Thomas had breached his court conditions.

On June 1, 2022, RCMP charged Thomas with second-degree murder in the death of Marisha Hoksbergen.
