Former Pattison Media broadcaster shines in play-by-play role for PWHL
It’s a moment she felt honoured to be a part of, but it was just one of many accomplishments for a broadcaster who has already been a part of many history-making moments.
Daniella Ponticelli, who spent two seasons with Pattison Media’s HuskieFan covering women’s hockey took another major step in her broadcasting career on New Year’s Day.
She was behind the mic for the first-ever regular season game for the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) in Toronto.
The new, six-team league was established last year to replace the Premier Hockey Federation, formerly the National Women’s Hockey League which disbanded in July.
