Mustangs reach CJHL top 20 rankings

The Melfort Mustangs are on the Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) top 20 list.

The Mustangs are ranked 15th on the list of top Canadian Junior A teams, after receiving an honourable mention last week.

Melfort is 7-2-1 in their last 10 games, and have won two straight.

They sit with a 28-11-3 record on the season heading into Tuesday night’s game in Weyburn, which will wrap up their six-game road trip.

The Flin Flon Bombers remain on top of the rankings.

The Battlefords North Stars are ranked seventh on the list, with a 31-8-3-1 record.
