Best Realtor: Robyn Luthi

She started in the industry back in 2016 when she wanted a change from her career as a social worker. Since she co-owns a construction company with her husband, she said real estate felt like a good fit.  Now she has her own brokerage: Prairie Skies Realty, sits on the Saskatchewan Realtors Association Board of Directors and has established herself as a trusted authority in the field.

“I think part of what stands out with me is my background in social work. Having been a therapist before, I feel like I can connect really well with people and I want everyone to have their own individual experience when working with me,” Luthi said. “There are no ‘cookie cutter’ options so I try to tailor every individual’s experience, so it makes sense to them and they feel valued in the process.”

Owning a brokerage and being a tenant herself lends itself well to Luthi’s understanding of what it means to get into commercial leases, but her diverse background allows her to bring a wealth of experience to farm and residential real estate too.

“I don’t value one sector over the other. I strive on maintaining excellent working relationships with all entities that are part of a real estate transaction. At the end of the day, I’m all about making sure that my clients are satisfied with either their buying or selling process.”

Luthi’s Prairie Skies Realty was also voted the 2024 BOB award winner for ‘Best Real Estate Office’ in the Northeast.
