Best Liquor/Offsale: Melfort Liquor Loft

Winner of the 2024 Best of the Best Award (BOB) for Best Liquor/Offsale, Melfort Liquor Loft not only offers all your favourite refreshments but also an extensive selection of giftware and fine foods including cabbage rolls, perogies, Wild Bill’s Pizza & Star City Meat products.

Store owner Branelle Zenuk said, “Winning this BOB award for the second year in a row reaffirms we must be doing something right. Again, we are truly humbled by this recognition.  We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and refuse to become complacent with the selection we offer.  And so, we work very diligently to ensure our selections (liquor, fine food and giftware alike) are current, and on-trend.  Sourcing new and exciting products has truly become a full-time job.”

Melfort Liquor Loft opened in December of 2020 and while there are other options for people in the city, Zenuk explained what sets them apart, “Being a local, grass-roots, family-owned business we understand the importance of good relationships and how those relationships have contributed to the success we’ve experienced, such as winning the BOB award.  Without our valued customers, we would not be where we are today, and so, we sincerely thank everyone who has and continues to support our business.”

Since its opening, Liquor Loft has also offered a free ice promotion, whereas anyone who spends over $25, receives a complimentary bag of ice.

The Melfort Liquor Loft is located at 500 Saskatchewan Drive South in the Stonegate shopping center.
