Semi/vehicle crash near Wakaw

One person taken to hospital after two-vehicle collision near Wakaw

One person was taken to hospital by STARS after a semi/vehicle collision Thursday night near Wakaw.

According to Wakaw/Hoodoo Fire and Rescue, their department and Cudworth/Hoodoo Fire Rescue responded to the two-vehicle collision on Highway 41.One person was trapped inside a vehicle, and was rescued with the Jaws of Life.

STARS Air Ambulance was dispatched to the scene and took the patient to hospital.

There is no word on the patient’s condition.
