Crash injures one at James Smith Cree Nation

A two-vehicle collision at James Smith Cree Nation has led to minor injuries.

The Kinistino Fire Department was called to the scene Sunday evening at 8.

Security staff secured the road before fire crews arrived.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to gain access to one person, while two others were assessed while awaiting the arrival of EMS and RCMP.

One person was sent to hospital with minor injuries.
