Yellow Quill First Nation murder case returns to court in December

A man charged with second-degree murder will have his case return to court next month.
26-year-old Cole Smokeyday’s case has been adjourned for election Dec. 4 after a court appearance in Rose Valley on Wednesday.
Smokeyday will remain in custody.
Rose Valley RCMP were called about an injured person at a home on Yellow Quill First Nation Aug. 18.
24-year-old Terrance Tony-Kishayinew was declared dead at the scene.
