Serious collision closes Highway 41 near Yellow Creek

UPDATE: The highway has now re-opened.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious collision that has closed a portion of Highway 41 near Yellow Creek.

Details on the nature of the crash and the injuries involved have not yet been released by the RCMP.

The investigation is in its preliminary stages.

Detours are in place, and motorists are asked to slow down as they approach the area.

Drivers are also asked to obey all instructions and signage around the site of the crash.

Motorists can visit the Highway Hotline for any updates on the highway’s re-opening.

RCMP will release more information on the collision as it becomes available.
