Humboldt area woman killed in crash near Saskatoon

A woman from the Humboldt area has died following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 5, east of Saskatoon.
The crash happened on Friday morning east of the community of St. Denis, roughly 40 km east of Saskatoon, where an SUV and a truck collided.
The driver of the SUV, identified as a 69-year-old woman from the Humboldt area, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck, a 45-year-old man from the Saskatoon area, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Saskatoon RCMP and an RCMP Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
