Over $750K won on ticket purchased in St. Brieux

A big lottery win in St. Brieux!

Someone purchased a Lightning Lotto ticket that won the grand prize of $754,435.40 Wednesday morning, as the ticket matched all five numbers.

According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Lightning Lotto is a daily draw-based game with a growing jackpot that starts at $100,000 and grows with every ticket sold until it is won.

The winning numbers are drawn at the beginning of each day.

A Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) media spokesperson said the winner has not yet come forward.
