Sask. RCMP investigating alleged online server containing intimate images

Saskatchewan RCMP have confirmed they are investigating reports that intimate images of females are circulating on a website potentially without their consent.

This week, several northwest detachments received complaints.

According to a social media post shared with paNOW, the discord server is filled with intimate images and contains women from a number of different communities across northern and northwest Saskatchewan.

Some of the women have in turn gone public and published the names of the men they claim are responsible.

Among the communities identified in the social media post were La Loche, Black Lake, La Ronge, Beauval, Duck Lake, Ile-a-la -Crosse, Meadow Lake and Patuanak.

Saskatchewan RCMP encourage anyone who believes they are a victim to call police.
