Trojans drop second straight in Moose Jaw

The Tisdale Trojans lost their second straight game last night.

The Trojans were edged 2-1 by the second-place Moose Jaw Winmar Warriors at the Moose Jaw Events Centre.

Tristan Hanson scored his third of the season to open the scoring in the first before the Warriors tied it up later in the period. Following a scoreless second, Jonah Pinel scored the game-winning goal late in the third.

Wyatt Fleischhacker was excellent in net, making 40 saves and taking the loss.

The Trojans are three games behind the Blazers for fourth, with Saskatoon having three games in hand.

Tisdale is also just two points up on Warman for fifth place.

The Trojans will wrap up their regular season this weekend with a pair of games against the last-place Notre Dame Hounds.
