Prairieland is excited to announce the return of the highly anticipated Gardenscape Backyard Living Show, taking place March 28–30, 2025.

This cherished event marks the arrival of spring in Saskatoon, offering a refreshing escape from winter’s chill.

Over three days, the World Trade Center Saskatoon at Prairieland will be transformed into a lush, vibrant oasis, featuring an engaging mix of educational opportunities, family-friendly entertainment, delicious food and beverages, and a trade show designed for backyard and garden enthusiasts of all levels.

The Gardenscape Trade Show & Marketplace embraces the motto “Shop Local, Shop Green”, giving green-thumb shoppers the chance to explore a wide variety of garden décor, plants, outdoor products, tools, furnishings, services, and more.

With nearly 90% of new vendors coming from Saskatchewan, it’s the perfect opportunity to support local businesses while discovering unique finds. Speakers’ Theatre presentations will be held on a central stage in the Main Trade Hall, where experts will offer valuable tips, best practices, and advice to help attendees tackle backyard projects in the upcoming season.

In addition to shopping and learning, visitors can enjoy the 27th Annual GardenScapes Art Show & Sale, or catch daily performances by the SuperDogs™ in Dog Days of Summer—a fun-filled show sponsored by Global Saskatoon. Both attractions will be featured in the Main Trade Hall.

There will be a delightful selection of food and drink options, including the Prairie Berry Café, offering delicious homemade berry-inspired treats and desserts, and the Backyard Patio Bar, serving refreshing beverages. A full concession stand featuring beef-on-a-bun will also be available, along with an assortment of food vendors catering to every taste.

As a sip and stroll event, guests are invited to carry their drinks as they explore the show. More than 7,000 bulbs, planted last fall, will be in full bloom, creating a stunning visual display in the gardens.

These plants—including shrubs, trees, annuals, tropicals, bulbs, and indoor plants—will be available for sale or auction starting at 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 30, offering the perfect opportunity to jumpstart your gardening season with healthy new plants.

Daily Admission: $16.50 at the door or $15.50 online

2-Day Admission: $23.00 at the door or $21.00 online

3-Day Admission: $32.00 at the door or $30.00 online

Seniors’ promotion: On Sunday, March 30, Seniors aged 65+ receive 2-for-1 general admission!15 & under admitted FREE. All ticket prices include taxes and applicable service charges. All presentations and exhibits are free with show admission.
