Senior playoffs over for two local teams, others still alive

The LeRoy Braves and Wynyard Monarchs have been eliminated from Senior provincials.

The Braves fell 6-2 in game three of their three-game Senior ‘A’ series against the Kyle Elks, while Wynyard dropped a 4-3 heartbreaker to the Round Lake Bears.

The Lanigan Pirates trail their Senior ‘C’ series 1-0 after losing 9-2 to Wilkie.

The Foam Lake Flyers are up 1-0 after a 7-3 victory in game one against Assiniboia.
