Kidnapping suspect’s case to return to court at the end of March

The man charged in connection to a kidnapping case in the Melfort RCMP detachment area will return to court later this month.

30-year-old Tyrell Yeo faces charges including kidnapping, assault, break-and-enter, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and mischief under $5000 in connection to an incident Feb. 24.

The victim in that case reported non-life-threatening injuries.

RCMP arrested Yeo in Humboldt soon after asking the public for help in finding him.

Yeo’s case will be back in Melfort Provincial Court March 31.
