Green Party – Andrew Muirhead

Andrew Muirhead was born in Saskatoon, He was hit by a car and really badly injured. This influenced his family to move to Waldheim. There he was involved for years helping take care of an expanding family of siblings and foster children, some of who had autism and other special needs. This really sparked his interest in helping kids who were in “the system.” This early lived experience is a big factor on Muirhead’s path to politics. Muirhead suffers from Chron’s Disease, but he still works full-time.
