Fire at Nipawin home rounds out busy day for crews

The Nipawin Fire Department has been busy in the past few days.

After calls about a structure fire and a fuel leak earlier April 1, fire crews had to put out another fire at a house in Nipawin.

Engines 1 and 2, along with Rescue 1 and 17 firefighters responded to the house fire on Seventh Avenue In Nipawin at around 8 p.m. Tuesday night.

Fortunately, no one was in the home at the time.
