A White Fox woman facing multiple charges after a vehicle hit the ditch near Weirdale will go to trial in the new year.

Dana McCulloch was charged after the incident last December, when Nipawin RCMP were called to a vehicle stuck in the ditch.

Smeaton RCMP found the vehicle and discovered the driver had fled on foot. She was arrested soon after while sitting in a vehicle in Nipawin.

During a search of the vehicle, officers seized 262 grams of cocaine, cash, and various pre-packaged drugs. McCulloch faces a number of drug possession and other charges, and her trial will start January 27.
