Zenon Park senior dies in collision

A 66-year-old woman from Zenon Park was pronounced decease at the scene of a collision between a pickup and a car yesterday.
Carrot River RCMP were called to the collision at about 3:30 pm on Highway 23, east of Arborfield, along with fire and EMS.
The driver and sole occupant of the car was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. She has been identified as a 66-year-old female from Zenon Park. Her family has been notified.
The driver of the truck, who was alone in the vehicle at the time was also assessed by medics at the scene.
