Driver hospitalized after pickup hits building in Nipawin

One man was taken to hospital after the classic Dodge Ram pickup he was driving crashed into a building in Nipawin.
Nipawin Fire said they were called to the scene at 1 Ave. East and Railway Ave. around 11:30 am on Canada Day.
Northeast EMS responded to take the driver to the hospital and firefighters secured the scene, closing the avenue until the issue could be dealt with.
SaskPower, SaskEnergy and municipal water works were all called as services had been compromised in the building.
