Snow could cause issues for motorists in the northeast

The mild, tranquil weather we’ve had across the northeast for most of November is now a memory.

Snow and reduced visibility are issues in the region, with swirling, loose snow reported on local highways.

Keep an eye on the Highway Hotline before you travel, as snow is expected off-and-on through Friday.

Temperatures are also dropping over the coming week, with highs below the norm for this time of year, which is –8 C.

Nighttime lows will hover around –20 C, which is slightly cooler than average.
