Moose left to waste

Conservation officers investigating shooting of bull moose near Cudworth

Humboldt conservation officers are looking for your help after a bull moose was shot and left to waste just southwest of Cudworth.

They received the call through the Turn in Poachers and Polluters (TIPP) line Nov. 25.

The antlers of the moose were removed from the animal, and the edible meat was left to waste.

There was no active moose season at the time.

Call the TIPP line at 1-800-667-7561 with any information, and you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2000.
