Driving conditions poor in some areas with snowfall
Dec 19, 2025 | 10:02 AM
Your drive today could be a little dicey thanks to the fresh snow and windy conditions.
According to the Highway Hotline, travel is not recommended on some highways in the Naicam, Watson, St. Brieux, Porcupine Plain, and Humboldt areas.
Most highways in northeast and central Saskatchewan are reporting loose, drifting, and blowing snow, along with reduced visibility.
A weather system from Alberta is expected to bring upwards of 10 cm of snow to the Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin, and Prince Albert areas throughout the day, while the North Battleford region can expect about 2 to 4 cm.
