Melfort’s Robyn Luthi elected as new SRA Chair for 2026

A Melfort realtor is now the Chair of the Saskatchewan Realtors Association (SRA).

Robyn Luthi of Prairie Skies Realty is the 2026 Chair for the organization that provides services and support for the more than 1,700 Realtors across the province.

“It’s a big honour to be elected as the 2026 Chair for the Saskatchewan Realtors Association,” Luthi told northeastNOW. “I joined the board in 2024 and spent 2025 as Chair-elect, so I’m excited to move into my new role this year.”

As Chair, Luthi will provide support to the SRA Board of Directors.

“Supporting our membership, serving our members and the board in a leadership role, making sure that we’re accountable, providing governance excellence, and making sure we’re a high-performing, effective board.”

Luthi said as an association, the SRA is always trying to provide the best services to both members and the public, and the SRA sets itself to a high standard.

“I think we need to continue to be accountable as a board to our membership, to make sure that we are providing our highest professional standards out there,” Luthi said.

Luthi added that being the chair as a Melfort native is especially exciting. Much of the discussion around real estate in Saskatchewan centres on Saskatoon and Regina, but Luthi said the SRA and its members represent the entire province.

“We all follow the same set of rules, we all have our markets that we have to work within.”

Luthi is not the only member of the board to be from the northeast. Richelle Rogers of Realty Executives Gateway Realty is in Melfort and Jerrell Brothwell of Mollberg Agencies is in Nipawin.

Despite the lack of housing inventory across Saskatchewan, 2025 had the second highest sales total of all time in the province. Luthi said she expects 2026 to continue to be very busy.

“Saskatchewan has remained strong, while the rest of Canada has had a little bit of a dip,” Luthi said. “I think our membership and realtors are very resilient, work very hard, and make sure that we continue to have to an effective market for [the] public.”
