Suspect sought after indecent act at Manitou Beach

Watrous RCMP need your help to find a suspect after an incident at Manitou Beach. 

Police received a report that an individual committed an indecent act March 22. 

Officers have been working to identify the person and are now asking for the public’s help. 

The suspect is a male in his early to mid-20s, about 220 pounds, with brown hair. 

He was wearing a blue ballcap, black glasses, a blue long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and brown cowboy boots.
