Moose Jaw man charged after indecent act at Manitou Beach

A Moose Jaw man has been charged after an indecent act at Manitou Beach late last month. 

Watrous RCMP said 33-year-old Rory James Bax has been arrested.

Officers along with investigators from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Regina and Saskatoon Serious Crimes Unit executed search warrants at houses in Moose Jaw and Nokomis on Wednesday as part of the investigation. 

As a result, Bax is charged with one count of committing an indecent act, and he will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court April 13.
