It is with immense sadness that the family of Ryan Schemenauer announce his passing on Saturday, October 5, 2024. He was 27 years of age.

Ryan was born in Melfort, Saskatchewan on March 14, 1997 to his parents, Scott and Denise Schemenauer. Ryan  completed his schooling in St. Brieux and graduated in 2016. He then went on to try many different occupations from electrical to farming to Millwright. The last couple years he was employed at Bourgault Tillage Tools doing a variety of jobs, with co-workers he enjoyed working with.

Ryan lived his life to the fullest, could strike up a conversation with anyone that crossed his path and his laugh could be heard and recognized from a mile away. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, boating and anything else outdoors with friends and family.

Ryan was fun-loving, outgoing, caring and had a vibrant personality; he would always be willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who asked. Ryan’s niece and nephews  always came first in his world, and they will all cherish the memories they had with their ‘Uncle Ryan’.

Ryan will be lovingly remembered by his parents: Scott and Denise Schemenauer; sister Tiffany (Derek) Hauser and their children: Brody and Addison; sister Rochelle Schemenauer and her children: Joshua and Jesse and   sister Kimberly (Tanner) Teiber and their children: Ronan and Radix; grandma Audrey Schemenauer; grandma     Mabel Savage; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Ryan was predeceased by: his  grandpa Don Schemenauer and   grandpa William (Bill) Savage.

Funeral Mass for Ryan was held from the St. Brieux Roman Catholic Church, St. Brieux, SK on Friday, October 11, 2024.  Interment followed in the St. Brieux Roman Catholic Cemetery.

Friends so wishing may make memorial contributions to Saskatchewan Mental Health or to the St. Brieux Local Fire Department.
