Prince Albert real estate benchmark price jumps 6.4%, following provincial trend
New real estate numbers show Prince Albert and region with the highest year-over-year gain in Saskatchewan with prices rising at 7.2 per cent between November of this year and the same time last year.
In the last year or so, gains in the benchmark price are normally between one and two per cent in the city but November 2024 numbers jumped 6.4 per cent, leaving the current benchmark price at $254,800.
Inventory continues to decline with 158 homes listed last month, a reduction of 1.8 per cent from 2023.
