Police searching for Shoal Lake man in Red Earth Cree Nation shooting

Police investigators have now identified 24-year-old Julian Kitchener from Shoal Lake as a suspect in a shooting on Red Earth Cree Nation.

Carrot River RCMP have charged Kitchener with one count of discharging a firearm with intent, as well as aggravated assault.

While Kitchener has been identified, he has yet to be located, and police are now circulating his photo in hopes of him being spotted.

Kitchener is roughly six feet tall, 220 pounds, with black hair. His left eye may also appear slightly closed and grey, while his right eye is brown.

If anyone has information on Kitchener or the shooting, they should call Carrot River RCMP at 310-RCMP, or submit information anonymously to Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers by phone (1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or via their website.
